Techsupply and its associates provide our services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. ​

Disclaimer of liability

Post purchasing a product from Techsupply, you’ll be guaranteed lifetime support, in terms of providing; product knowledge, assisting with software issues and any other ad-hoc issues you may be experiencing in relation to the purchased product.

12-month warranty:

A further 12-month warranty is issued, which enables the client, post the inspection results detected from our qualified and highly experienced technicians, access to free wear-and-tear repairs.

Warranty void:

In the event of adverse effects i.e. noticeable manhandling of the product purchased, DIY (“do it yourself”) attempts, broken as a result of falling, the warranty is not applicable and hence the issue is marked as null and void (as a result of our inspection).  The client will then be liable for fees incurred.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required when an order is placed by a customer. Techsupply is not required to provide any goods until payment has been received. Directors may approve credit facilities, to those that meet the hurdle purchase price, which will enable the respective client to a 3-month payment plan.

Delivery Terms

Techsupply covers both shipping and delivery, and includes all pertinent costs in relation to delivery costs and how delivery charges are calculated.
